| Customer Reviews: A great little scooter, a ton of Fun July 7, 2009 J. D. Laughead (, vermont United States) WOW!!! The little thing got great power, with that 350 watt motor. I have had it now for about 8 hours, and it did take awhile to adjust everything, they do furnish all the tools to adjust it. there was one part that needed adjusted, and the customer service was great to handle it. I ordered it on July 3rd and I got it today July 7th, great shipping. The quality and construction looks and feels excellent. The rear tire needed air, and I put 50 pounds in it. It is fun to pedal it, as it is geared for small hills, and it is neat , that you can pedal and run the motor at the same time. Fully charged I feel it could take at least a 15 degree grade. Its neat that it is light enough, that I can put it in back of the car. It has a nice little horn, and a meter, that you can see how much power you have left on your battery. I also have a 3 wheel scooter, and it goes twice as fast as it does. I am very pleased with the product. Top Quality, Service, and Price.
Works for a week, then breaks! July 13, 2009 ARM I bought this scooter to help me get around since I broke my right foot. For the first week it was great, got me back and forth between classes and work. After that the bearing in the back tire went out at the the wheel starting to wobble really bad. I took off the tire to see if I could fix it and realized the crank for the pedal was also stripped. I also had to replace the seat within the first week because it split down the middle. You may be asking yourself if I'm an overweight individual, but I'm not! I only weigh 170 lbs. and the maximum weight limit for these scooters is supposed to be 225 lbs!! I'm still waiting on a reply for a replacement...
